5D4N Lake Toba Honeymoon Tour – Lake Toba is located in Sumatra, Indonesia. It is a large natural crater lake formed by super volcanic eruption some ages back. The lake is the largest amongst all in the entire South East Asia and the deepest in the world. Clear blue water, surrounded by large mountains bundled with pleasant climate makes Toba a popular tourist attraction in Indonesia. Visit the hot springs located on the western side of the island. The water here is quite hot so swimming here is not recommended. The guide can take you up the hills to view the source of hot springs. The top view of Lake Toba is absolutely stunning. In case you want to do something exciting you can try your hand fishing in Lake Toba with the help of a local fisherman. DAY 01 : ARRIVAL MEDAN KUALANAMU – LAKE TOBA/PARAPAT
arrive at kuala namu international airport welcome by lake toba travel. stop at licensed money changer (optional). proceed to parapat lake toba for 5-6 hours drive. today you drive along endless palm tree, rubber and cacao plantations and through the historic city of pematang siantar. enroute stop at patent shop to to buy local food products such as teng teng or ting ting (optional on personal expenses). Lunch at local resto siantar. After lunch visining dewi kwam im temple. Continued to parapat/lake toba , a town on the shore of serene lake toba from where you cross over the lake to the island of samosir. check-in hotel. Hunting sunset at pantai bebas parapat. Dinner will be served at local resto
DAY 02 : SAMOSIR ISLAND EXCURSION
after breakfast at hotel, it’s time to explore this magnificent island by visitng tomok village to see the ancient tomb of king sidabutar, then visit ambarita village to see the famous stone chairs & execution place of king siallagan. the last visit is simanindo to enjoy the bataks traditional ritual dances of the bataks tribe. the rest is your own program, you can take a beautiful walk or ride a bicycle (optional) or take a rest in hotel.
DAY 03 : SAMOSIR – BRASTAGI HIGHLAND
after breakfast at hotel, back to parapat by ferry. continue to brastagi. enroute stop at simarjarunjung to enjoy ginger tea and fried bananas (personal expenses). stop at sipiso piso waterfall to see the magnificent 110 metres and an extraordinary view of lake toba from the north side. proceed to berastagi. upon arrival in brastagi, visit the central fruit market to buy tropical fruits, vegetables and flowers. check-in hotel.
DAY 04 : BRASTAGI HIGHLAND- MEDAN
breakfast at hotel and proceed back to medan. visit shwedagon pagoda replica at taman alam lumbini. upon arrival in medan vis it wood gallery . you will have a chance to visit maimoon palace to see the palace of the sultan of deli which was built in 1888. afternoon check-in hotel. enjoy the warm atmosphere of merdeka walk, city hall and pos office at your own leisure. then transfer to hotel for overnight stay.
DAY 05 : MEDAN SHOPPING – TRANSFER TO AIRPORT
after breakfast at the hotel, enjoy a full day shopping at pasar petisah (traditional market) and sun plaza (branded shops). afternoon transfer to the airport for your flight back to next destination.
DAY 1 : MEDAN – LAKE TOBA – SAMOSIR
You will be greeted by your tour guide / driver cum guude on arrival at Kuala Namu International Airport in Medan. you will be welcomed with a bouquet of flowers and “Ulos”, traditonal Batak woven cloth. Transfer to local restaurant for lunch. After lunch, proceed to Parapat – Samosir. En route stop at Patent Shop to buy local food products such as Teng Teng or Ting Ting. Arrive at Parapat by ferry to Samosir Island. Check in to hotel for accommodation. Dinner at local restaurant or hotel.
DAY 2 : SAMOSIR TOUR

Breakfast at Hotel , Back to Parapat. , tour continues to Berastagi. Enroute stop at Simarjarunjung to enjoy ginger tea and fried bananas (personal expenses). Stop at Sipiso Piso waterfall to see this magnificent 110 metres tall waterfall and an extraordinary view of Lake Toba from the north side. Proceed to Berastagi , upon arrival in Berastagi , check in to Hotel , enjoying surrounding area at Berastagi. Dinner at hotel and overnight at Berastagi .
DAY 4 : BERASTAGI – MEDAN
Breakfast at Hotel , drive back to Medan , stop at Central fruits market to enjoy tropical fruits. Visit Shwedagon Pagoda Replica at Taman Alam Lumbini . Upon arrival in Medan transfer to local restaurant for lunch. After lunch . You will have a chance to visit Maimoon Palace to see the Palace of the Sultan of Deli which was built in 1888 (Free wedding photos and traditonal clothes of Malay Deli . Visit Batik center . Afternoon enjoying 2 hours massage and spa . Check in to Hotel , Candle light dinner at hotel.
